Glücksmomentum is a family café in Siegburg created as a welcoming place where parents and children can spend time together, relax and enjoy a meal. Founded by Seojin Hinkelmann, the café combines brunch and lunch with a dedicated play area, giving children space to explore while adults enjoy food, coffee and conversation. Its menu includes vegan, vegetarian and some gluten-free options, with an emphasis on natural ingredients and avoiding additives and flavour enhancers where possible.
Families can also use play materials and activities, including a ball pit, books, toys, board games and rentable LEGO, DUPLO and kinetic sand sets. The café offers space for birthdays and other family celebrations, with optional drinks, cake, small dishes and creative play activities. Glücksmomentum also provides “Time for You,” mentoring for mothers seeking greater self-awareness, calm and more considered responses in family life.
Its six-step Momentum Method helps participants notice feelings, pause, understand patterns, choose and practise new ways of responding
