Glückspferde Hochdonn

Glückspferde Hochdonn is an equestrian and therapy centre in Dithmarschen, Germany, built around the principles of mindfulness, competence and harmony between people and horses. Its work brings together horse boarding, training, education and equine-assisted therapy in an integrated approach that values practical experience and considerate care.

At its farm in Eggstedter Weg, welcoming horses since November 2023, Glückspferde offers boarding for up to 20 horses. Facilities include daily group turnout in pastures, bright paddock and outdoor stalls, an indoor riding arena and an outdoor riding area. The centre also provides horse training and schooling, with a particular focus on preparing therapy horses, as well as riding instruction and equine-assisted therapy.

Through its connection with Equimotion Deutschland, Glückspferde offers further education and shares knowledge with people preparing for professional roles in the field. Its services are designed to complement one another, linking responsible horse keeping with training, therapy and continuing learning. Information about current courses, events and the annual programme is shared through the organisation’s social media channels.
