Classified under Czech legislation as a class LA electric moped, the vehicle has a maximum permitted speed of 45 km/h. Depending on riding conditions, its lithium battery provides a stated range of approximately 65 to 90 km per charge, based on the WMTC standard. The eCity Chopper is fully approved for use on public roads in the Czech Republic and is supplied with a license plate and vehicle registration certificate.
