Goodness and Mercy Missions (GMM) is a non-profit organization founded in late 2007 by Teh Francis Yai with the aim of making a positive impact on communities in Cameroon. Recognizing the pressing needs of rural communities, GMM was established to provide the tools and initiatives necessary for individuals to improve their own circumstances. Operating primarily in the North West and South West Regions of Cameroon, GMM works in partnership with representative organizations to support the rural poor and empower the community with sustainable livelihood opportunities.

GMM's mission is to equip rural communities with the means to sustain their livelihoods, while their vision is to see all communities, particularly in rural areas, have access to the resources and tools they need for a better future. They offer various projects and services, including child sponsorship and support for children with disabilities, IT programs, women's projects and group coordination, and community-based volunteer opportunities. With a team of dedicated individuals, GMM is committed to creating lasting change and has been recognized for its achievements, receiving accolades such as a Certificate of Recognition from The World Bank and being in Special Consultative Status with the UN Economic and Social Council
