Great Minds Together is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting children and young people with special educational needs and social, emotional, and mental health needs, along with their families and professional networks. Their services cover an age range of 0-25 years and are committed to preventing wrongful hospitalization, unnecessary police intervention, and entry into the care system by providing intensive support for families. Supported by NHS England, their Tier 3.

5 and Outreach services offer specialized therapeutic interventions to prevent wrongful hospitalization and unnecessary criminalization for young people with additional needs. In partnership with NHS - Health Education England, Great Minds Together also delivers the first National Autism Peer Education Model, supporting families, personal assistants, and small care providers to upskill and reduce the potential for unnecessary admissions for autistic individuals. With a focus on providing bespoke and individually tailored therapeutic interventions, Great Minds Together is dedicated to delivering better outcomes for children and young people with diverse needs
