Gnarly Knots is a Lombard, Illinois eatery specializing in homemade pretzels and soup, with a focus on its signature stuffed pretzels. The business describes its offering as a pretzel and coffee experience, bringing together savory food and handcrafted drinks in a welcoming setting. Its menu includes stuffed and topped pretzels, sauces, daily soups, rotating specials, and coffee and tea. Coffee and tea are locally sourced, according to the website.
