Gastouderbureau De Wâlden is a childcare agency serving families and childminders in Friesland, the Netherlands. It helps parents find reliable, small-scale childminder care and supports childminders in providing professional childcare. The agency operates in Achtkarspelen, Dantumadiel, Noardeast-Fryslân, Tytsjerksteradiel and Smallingerland.

For parents seeking care, De Wâlden helps identify a suitable arrangement and provides information about available childminders and its approach. For people interested in becoming a childminder, the agency offers guidance throughout the childminding process. Personal attention, direct communication and quality are central to its work.

Safety and quality are priorities. According to the agency, all its childminders meet legal requirements and are registered in the Dutch National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang, or LRK). Parents can consult the register for inspection reports for both the agency and its childminders. De Wâlden also provides contact and quotation options, information for parents and childminders, and an online login portal. Its services are focused on connecting families with suitable local care and supporting professional childminding.
