GoBe Consultants is a planning and environmental consultancy and part of APEM Group. It supports developers with strategic advice and project-specific expertise for infrastructure and energy developments on land and at sea. Working with clients in the UK, Europe and the United States, GoBe provides guidance on planning regulations and consenting requirements, including processes for nationally significant infrastructure projects and offshore wind developments.

The company works across offshore wind, marine renewables, energy, marine aggregates, coastal infrastructure and subsea cables. Its services include site selection and feasibility studies, due diligence support, consenting and permitting, environmental survey management, environmental impact assessment, and consent compliance management. GoBe also offers conservation-led development, support under the Planning Act, strategic planning and assessment, stakeholder management, geographic information systems and data management, and commercial fisheries support.
