Goboken is a Swedish book club for babies and children aged 0–6, created to make reading together enjoyable from a child’s earliest years. The service selects books according to each child’s age and delivers book packages directly to the home, typically about once a month. Its range includes soft books, picture and word books, board books, counting books, lift-the-flap and hide-and-seek books, and simple stories. Families can choose a free welcome package for stages from pregnancy and infancy through age three and beyond, paying 79 kronor for its delivery.

After joining, members receive email offers for age-appropriate packages, with no obligation to accept each one. Packages average 298 kronor including delivery, and the site says this represents a saving of about 30 percent compared with regular bookshop prices. Membership lasts six months, during which families can decline an offered package before the stated deadline. Goboken also offers its ABC Club and gift options.
