Go Bonoos

Go Bonoos is a controlled negotiation platform that helps retailers and service providers manage customer requests for personalized prices. Through the Bonoos app, shoppers can request a discount on a specific product or service, while businesses review each request in the Go Bonoos portal and choose to approve, counteroffer, or decline. This replaces or complements broad promotions with targeted, one-to-one offers while keeping businesses in control of pricing rules and margins.

The portal brings request and offer management, messaging, status tracking, audit trails, reporting, and voucher tools together in one system. Businesses can issue single-use vouchers or connect an existing voucher system, and use separate workspaces and role-based permissions for teams, locations, or brands. Catalogs can be loaded manually, by CSV, or through automated SFTP sync. Requests can be enabled across an assortment or limited to selected items, with in-store QR codes and online product links supporting access. Suitable for online, in-store, and service businesses, Go Bonoos helps teams engage prospective customers, manage offers, and track request and redemption results.
