God Kamp

Skaklejren på Tjele Efterskole is a Danish chess camp that brings young chess enthusiasts together for a week of competition, learning and shared experiences. Hosted at Tjele Efterskole, the camp combines chess with social activities and a lively programme designed to make the week enjoyable for participants of different ages and skill levels. Its offerings include a camp chess tournament, lightning chess, team games and special challenges, alongside activities such as badminton and table tennis competitions.

Participants can also take part in group events, meet fellow players and enjoy time with the camp’s leaders. The website provides practical information for prospective attendees, including invitations, registration, payment details, scholarship applications, programme information, packing guidance and frequently asked questions. It also shares news, participant and leadership information, results, photographs and updates from past camps, with links to the camp’s social media.

The organizers thank sponsors and partners for supporting the event and invite participants to return for future sessions
