Olive

Olive is a digital vehicle repair coverage brand operated by Repair Ventures, LLC, offering an alternative to traditional extended car warranties. Its plans are designed to help drivers manage the cost of unexpected mechanical breakdowns through a fixed monthly payment. Depending on the selected plan, covered repairs can include parts and labor for components such as the transmission, steering, suspension and cooling system. Customers pay any applicable deductible and costs for items not covered by their plan.

Olive provides an online experience for getting a quote, selecting and managing coverage, and accessing support. The company highlights straightforward claims, dedicated assistance and coverage for many new and used vehicles, including vehicles up to 10 years old. It states that coverage can extend to 185,000 total miles, with no annual mileage limits, across the United States and Canada. When a covered repair is needed, the repair shop contacts the plan’s claims administrator with a diagnosis and estimate.
