Integrated Services Network

Integrated Services Network (ISN) is an Oregon-based support services brokerage serving adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. For more than 20 years, the organization has helped individuals gain greater choice and authority in shaping their lives and pursuing personal goals. ISN serves over 580 people across eight Oregon counties: Benton, Clatsop, Columbia, Lincoln, Marion, Polk, Tillamook, and Yamhill.

Its services include personal agent support, employment services, eligibility information, and help finding providers. Personal agents assist individuals with planning and goal setting, including exploring employment options and connecting with agencies. ISN also provides resources and guidance for providers, including information about the provider process, payment schedules, and Electronic Visit Verification. Additional resources cover individual rights and responsibilities, emergency preparedness, and developmental disability policy oversight.

Through regional offices, community events, newsletters, and other connections, ISN supports individuals, families, and providers. Its stated purpose is to help people with disabilities reach their dreams and determine how they want to live, with a focus on promoting voice, choice, and participation in community life.
