GO JUU | Lisbon is a brand that pays homage to traditional Japanese gastronomy, its masters, cult places, and its passionate followers. It is a natural tribute to the late Takashi Yoshitake-san, the first ambassador of GoJuu. This brand aims to gather those who have learned the art of Japanese cooking with him, as well as those who appreciate and enjoy the traditional gastronomy that is a pillar of Japanese culture.
While it recognizes that AYA, the restaurant once helmed by Yoshitake-san, can never be replaced, GoJuu strives to gather his people, serve his recipes prepared by his disciples, and use the authentic porcelain he trusted. The warm and welcoming atmosphere is enhanced by the presence of Carmen, Yoshitake-san's faithful companion.
