Golden Kids Coach

Golden Kids Coach® is a child- and youth-focused coaching and training brand founded by Sandra Jalana Döring, who has more than ten years of experience as a coach and crisis adviser for parents, teachers, social workers, and therapists. Its work aims to help children and young people address fears, emotional distress, and difficult experiences in a supportive, non-judgmental setting. The organization also trains participants to become Golden Kids Coaches, equipping them with approaches for supporting children and understanding the family and social contexts around them.

The training program covers EMDR and EFT in theory and practice, with dedicated sessions for questions and deeper learning. It also includes systemic work with children, exploring family dynamics and children’s emotional needs. EMDR uses eye movements or other rhythmic stimulation while processing distressing memories; EFT combines tapping on acupressure points with attention to difficult emotions. Golden Kids Coach® presents these methods as tools intended to ease emotional burdens and support greater confidence and well-being.
