Golden Moves is a Cape Cod fitness brand dedicated to helping adults 55 and older move with greater strength, balance, mobility, and confidence. Its supportive, professionally coached studios offer individualized functional training designed to help clients maintain independence and handle the physical demands of everyday life. Training is tailored to each person’s abilities, goals, comfort, and pace, with an emphasis on proper form, thoughtful progressions, and safe movement rather than generic, high-intensity workouts.

Services include one-to-one and partner training, small group sessions, strength and balance work, mobility training, and fitness support after physical therapy, injury, or surgery. The Harwich location provides private training for clients seeking highly personalized coaching, while the Brewster studio offers small group training with individualized modifications and personal attention. Both locations follow the Golden Moves method in a welcoming environment where clients are treated as individuals.

Founded by Amir Ashbel, a post-physical-therapy strength and functional fitness specialist with more than 25 years of experience, Golden Moves aims to help older adults feel capable and supported as they move forward.
