Golden Thread Connections is a Southern California event production company founded by Noor Schipper, drawing on more than 15 years of leadership in luxury hospitality and events. Serving Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Palm Springs, the company creates brand, corporate, and social experiences designed to stay with guests long after the event ends. Its work ranges from intimate private dinners to large-scale brand activations and multi-day corporate programs, across a range of budgets.
Golden Thread Connections supports clients at every stage, from shaping event strategy and improving management systems to planning, production, and on-site leadership. Services include brand activations, corporate events and meetings, tradeshows, influencer events, celebrity and entertainment events, event styling, and social and community gatherings. Clients can choose event strategy, full-service planning and execution, hands-on production, or a custom package tailored to their needs and budget.
The team coordinates concepts, vendors, contracts, logistics, staging, decor, and run-of-show, remaining on site from load-in through final strike.
