Its tools help organisers manage venues, events, members, scores, handicaps and finances, while giving players a shared place to find the information they need.
Organisers can publish event details, schedule tee times and groups, and let members or guests register or withdraw online. After a round, golfers can enter scores and follow live leaderboards, reducing event-day administration. Members can also access a directory, review their scoring history and track handicap changes.
The service is designed for groups and individuals who want to arrange occasional rounds without running a society, as well as golf societies and clubs managing regular events. Club features include competitions, tee booking, general play, club balances and handicaps; WHS integration is described as coming soon. The MyGS app supports personal play through Free, Plus and Premium options, and offers a free Companion app for club or society members.
