Golf og Natur is a nature-focused project created by Janne Aarre, a golf player who lives on the top of Zealand and enjoys the coast and local natural environment. The brand helps golfers discover the wildlife and landscapes found on golf courses through carefully designed nature guides. Each guide follows the course hole by hole, using text and photographs to introduce plants, animals, fungi, birds and other aspects of nature.
The first guide was created for Gilleleje Golf Club, Janne’s home club, and a later guide was made for Copenhagen Golf Club. Naturguide version 3 was published as a pocket-sized A6 print edition on 29 March 2022, making it easy for golfers to carry during a round. Golf og Natur also offers seasonally relevant nature leaflets for readers interested in exploring the outdoors.
The website additionally features content sections for recipes, including dishes made with vegetables and fish, as well as knitting patterns and a gallery. Together, these offerings connect golf, nature and practical inspiration for everyday interests
