Golf Rental Solutions

Golf Rental Solutions provides golf courses and pro shops with a rental club inventory and recovery system designed to make equipment management more organized and trackable. Its platform supports club-set check-outs, check-ins, reservations, condition monitoring, and incident reporting, using QR code tracking to improve accountability and help reduce lost or missing equipment. Pro shop staff can access rental status, reservations, and equipment history in one system, reducing manual paperwork and supporting faster service for guests.

Reservations can be made for future dates and are held in a queue until the day of play, when clubs are automatically reserved for the scheduled date and tee time. The check-in process displays only sets currently out, helping staff handle returns more efficiently. Lost-club notifications provide an on-screen alert and can send email and text updates to rangers and pro shop teams. The system also helps document damage and maintenance issues and identify recurring loss trends. Golf Rental Solutions serves single and multiple-course operations and offers online or in-person demos.
