GoLngr is an endurance and triathlon coaching brand run by Høgen and Hindkjær, serving athletes in Aarhus and online. The coaches focus on personalised support for triathlon, cycling and running, combining evidence-based knowledge with practical experience to help athletes develop their performance. Their approach rests on three elements: expertise, experience and communication.

Both coaches hold master’s degrees in sports science, with specialisation in exercise physiology and performance optimisation. Their own active elite-sport careers inform how they apply training theory in practice. GoLngr creates individual training plans shaped around each athlete through close, ongoing communication between coach and athlete.

Coaching is supported by laboratory testing and daily dialogue, helping connect performance information with day-to-day training guidance.
