Gonnie Smit Hypotheekadvies

Gonnie Smit Hypotheekadvies is an independent mortgage and financial advice practice based in Bedum, serving clients in Groningen and nearby communities. Founded by Gonnie Smit in 2017, the business builds on her financial-advisory experience dating from 2006, including more than ten years working with clients in Groningen and surrounding villages. Its approach is personal, accessible and expert, with advice explained in clear, understandable language and tailored to each client’s circumstances.

The practice helps people explore mortgage options for buying a first home, purchasing another property or a new-build home, increasing a mortgage, refinancing, and reviewing an existing mortgage. It can arrange mortgages with nearly all providers, supporting clients in finding a suitable option for their housing plans. Insurance advice is also available, including term life insurance intended to provide financial reassurance. The business emphasizes attentive service and handling practical arrangements for clients. Prospective clients can request a no-obligation introductory conversation to discuss their needs and expectations, and contact the Bedum office by phone or email.
