About Good Health Design
Good Health Design is a transdisciplinary design and research studio based at AUT's School of Art + Design, dedicated to using design to empower, delight, and enrich lives in our communities. Our main objective is to help individuals think differently, explore possibilities with confidence, and dream big in response to healthcare challenges. At Good Health Design, our research focuses on how the design of products and services can have a positive impact on people's health and wellbeing.
We collaborate with clinical experts, healthcare professionals, and researchers from various disciplines to share and test ideas, leading to the development of unique solutions. Led by Professor Steve Reay, our team consists of designers, researchers, and industry professionals who work together to engage with different stakeholders. We create future-focused health and wellbeing experiences, applying human-centered design principles and methodologies.
