GoodJob

GoodJob is a Taiwan-based workplace transparency platform that helps job seekers make more informed career decisions through information shared by workers. Its community lets users anonymously post details about salaries, overtime, interview experiences, and employer reviews, while giving them access to more than ten thousand contributions from other workers. The site presents recent interview accounts and workplace evaluations, with practical details that may help people understand hiring processes, compensation, benefits, and working conditions before applying or accepting a role.

GoodJob encourages members to share their own experiences and describes this exchange as a way to make workplace information more transparent and reduce reliance on undisclosed salary discussions. Users can search the available information and unlock access by contributing their own account. The platform also offers job-seeker resources, including labor-law guides, a blog, frequently asked questions, and community posting and commenting rules. GoodJob provides information-sharing tools and resources for people navigating employment, interviews, and workplace issues, while inviting feedback and participation in its transparency initiative.
