Good Pet Parent is founded by Camille Schake, a former Registered Veterinary Technician with a profound love for all animals. The blog covers a wide range of topics, including behavior and communication, general pet health, pet education, and more. Camille's expertise stems from her educational background in sociology with a focus on biological sciences, as well as her hands-on experience working as a Veterinary Technician in both Ohio and Arizona.

Through Good Pet Parent, Camille aims to share valuable insights on pet health, veterinary terminology, animal behavior, training, and nutrition to help pet parents better care for their beloved animal companions. Whether it's understanding veterinary test results, caring for aging pets, or training new puppies, Camille's blog offers practical advice and informative content to empower pet owners in providing the best possible care for their furry, feathered, or scaly friends.
