About Good Shepherd
Good Shepherd is a compassionate and dedicated brand that has been providing essential services to vulnerable individuals in Hamilton and Toronto for over 60 years. They offer a wide range of programs and services to meet the diverse needs of the community. Their services include emergency food and clothing, daily hot meals, and emergency shelters for men, women, youth, families, and children.
Good Shepherd also provides transitional housing and education for homeless and street-involved youth, hospice palliative care, and community mental health programs. They have supportive housing programs available as well. With a focus on seeing the good in people and restoring their dignity, Good Shepherd aims to break down barriers and help individuals establish a stable and healthy life.
Their innovative programs are offered 365 days a year, without judgment, and free of charge. Good Shepherd holds a CARF accreditation, which recognizes their commitment to providing quality services and enhancing the lives of those they serve
