About Gordon Ross
Gordon Ross Photo is a distinguished brand known for capturing captivating visual stories. Specializing in both people and nature photography, Gordon Ross is a Comox Valley Photographer with an undeniable passion for his craft. Despite a discouraging start in grade 7, where an entire roll of film on an SLR camera turned out blank, Gordon's determination to express himself through photography never wavered.
He eventually found his stride using a point-and-shoot camera, which allowed him to focus on composition and storytelling. A pivotal moment came when a camera salesman introduced him to SLRs, leading to the purchase of a Pentax K1000 that opened up a whole new world of creative possibilities. Since then, Gordon has documented countless people and places, resulting in a stunning collection of images that showcase his skill and passion.
