GoRiseUp

GoRiseUp is a care and support organisation focused on helping children, young people and families make positive changes and reach their potential. It provides tailored ambulatory guidance at school, in the home and at other locations, building trusting relationships and working positively with each client. Its experienced support professionals have expertise in behavioural challenges, autism, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, anxiety and depression.

GoRiseUp works with parents, schools and other partners together to address a child’s support needs. Its services include specialised ambulatory guidance, supervised contact, the Stay-in-School group, day activities, behavioural improvement support, social skills development and parent empowerment. The organisation also offers psychoeducation and coaching for families and schools, aiming to bring relevant support together under one roof and reduce the burden of coordinating with multiple providers.

Recognising that support may be needed beyond standard office hours, GoRiseUp works outside regular hours and provides a 24-hour availability service. Its approach centres on care tailored to each person’s needs, goals and development.
