Go Run Girls (GRG) is a running coaching community led by coaches Maree Leith and Steff Mckinley. It helps runners build consistency, enjoy running, and work toward personal goals through practical guidance and encouragement. Its programmes support a wide range of abilities, from beginners to ultra-marathoners, with an approach designed to make running feel easier and less complicated. Founder Maree progressed from an absolute beginner to running ultra-marathons and is also a coach and Pilates instructor. Steff works alongside her and leads Go Run Guys athletes, drawing on experience from weekly parkruns to multi-day endurance events.
GRG’s Starter Plans are designed for beginner runners and include monthly group coaching sessions, a video library, and access to an online community. For more individualized support, its Elevate one-to-one programmes provide a detailed plan shaped around each runner’s goals, along with the video library and community. GRG also offers community runs and events, running tips, and expert content.
