Simply Silicon develops and operates air-gapped AI infrastructure for demanding workloads that require security, reliability, or separation from the public internet. Its platform combines urban power capacity, private fiber networks, and high-performance inference compute to serve regulated enterprises, government and defense environments, and critical AI services.

The company’s flagship Foundation site in downtown Calgary is designed to provide 12 MW of AI capacity, supported by n+1 redundant power and cooling and a 7 km private fiber network connecting more than 25 buildings. Phase 1 is online. Foundation offers physically separated networking intended to reduce exposure to common-carrier networks, along with bare-metal GPU compute and API-based applications. The site also draws on existing utility infrastructure, including district heating, redundant grid feeds, and on-site generation.

Simply Silicon is building toward a broader network of urban AI sites, with a pipeline of more than 15 locations across major cities in North America and Europe. Its long-term aim is to connect these facilities into a dedicated network for advanced models and high-assurance inference workloads.
