Gosport & Fareham MS Group is a registered charity supporting people affected by Multiple Sclerosis in the Gosport and Fareham area. Run by local volunteers, the group aims to help members live their best lives alongside an MS diagnosis. New members are welcome, whether they are looking for practical help, social connection or opportunities to take part in activities.
The group offers tailored exercise classes, including weekly Pilates and yoga, as well as regular social meet-ups known as “Moots” across the region. Members can also find practical advice and local support, connect with MS nurse and support services, and hear about talks, special events and other activities through the group’s notice board and calendar. Member stories and information about benefits and how to claim are also available.
People can support the charity through donations and fundraising initiatives, including JustGiving, Give as You Live and Bike UK for MS. Gosport & Fareham MS Group welcomes community involvement and works to provide an active, supportive local community for people living with MS and those affected by it.
