Göteborgs Aikidoklubb is a martial arts club in Gothenburg, Sweden, where members have practised traditional aikido for around fifty years. Its training is non-competitive and open to people of all experience levels. Beginners are welcome, no previous experience is needed, and participants can choose how often and intensively they train.
The club offers adult aikido sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays, weapons training on Sundays, and classes for children and young people on Sundays. Newcomers can join on an ongoing basis and visit the dojo during training hours. The dojo is at Carl Grimbergsgatan 52, near Engelska parken and Linnéplatsen, with Seminariegatan as the nearest tram stop.
Alongside its regular classes, Göteborgs Aikidoklubb organises training camps, including a summer camp led by instructors Ulf Evenås and Jöran Fagerlund, with the possibility of dan grading.
