GOTondersteuning is a Tilburg-based provider of personal guidance and practical support during significant life events. Its work focuses especially on times of loss, when arranging a farewell can feel overwhelming for individuals and their loved ones. The service offers compassionate support through grief and the decisions involved in saying goodbye, and can take over coordination to give families more space during a difficult period. GOTondersteuning works alongside funeral directors, with its attention centered on the people experiencing the loss and the farewell they need to arrange.

The organisation also helps mark meaningful moments in life, including births and committed relationships. It can listen, suggest ways to recognise and affirm an important occasion, provide practical ideas, and help put them into action. GOTondersteuning has roots in the Christian tradition, while remaining open to thinking alongside people from other traditions. Led by Jan Claassen, the service invites people to make contact with questions and explore together what support may help them find their way through a challenging or significant moment.
