The Open Government Portal in Morocco serves as a dynamic platform for promoting transparency and public engagement in government initiatives. It provides real-time updates on the implementation of the National Action Plan for Open Government, enabling citizens and civil society organizations to track progress automatically and quantitatively. The portal fosters digital interaction, allowing users to contribute ideas and register for consultations regarding the national action plans, particularly for the 2024-2027 period.

Additionally, the portal supports collaborative efforts by sharing critical information and facilitating conversations among stakeholders, enhancing the open government dialogue. Highlighted initiatives include the national forum on participatory democracy and the annual OECD team meeting focused on innovation in open governance.

By prioritizing transparency, participation, and civic engagement, the Open Government Portal works towards fostering a culture of accountability and inclusivity within Moroccan governance. This collaborative venture not only aims to improve public services but also to empower citizens in shaping their government's future.
