Govardhan Foundation is a youth-led nonprofit organisation advancing biodiversity, health, culture, Indigenous and traditional knowledge, peace, education and sustainable development. It connects communities, young people, knowledge holders, researchers, institutions and policymakers to support meaningful action at local, regional and international levels.

The Foundation’s work is organised around five pillars: biodiversity, health, youth, peace and sustainable development. Its biodiversity efforts focus on ecosystems, traditional knowledge and the relationships between people and nature. In health, it connects community wellbeing and Traditional and Indigenous Medicine with climate and planetary health. It also creates pathways for young people to participate in and lead global action, promotes dialogue and collaboration, and contributes to sustainable development through knowledge, innovation, education and collective action.

Govardhan Foundation offers programmes, projects and initiatives, including GITMA, a content hub, and work related to peace and diplomacy. It welcomes young people, communities, knowledge holders, researchers, organisations, institutions and other collaborators to get involved. The organisation also shares news and occasional updates through its newsletter and social media channels.
