Gowrie NSW

Gowrie NSW is a not-for-profit organisation with more than 85 years of experience supporting early and middle childhood education across New South Wales. Its vision is for children to thrive and contribute meaningfully to the world, with programs grounded in children’s rights, wellbeing, curiosity and active participation in learning. Gowrie NSW operates early education, preschool and care centres, alongside before- and after-school care and vacation care programs.

Services are designed to help children feel safe, build relationships, make choices and grow as confident, capable learners. The organisation also supports families with practical resources, downloadable activities, childcare subsidy information and free parenting workshops. For teachers, educators and other early childhood professionals, Gowrie NSW offers professional learning through its Education Hub, including workshops, seminars, conferences, specialist courses and consultancy.

Its wider initiatives include inclusion programs and Adult Migrant English Programs. Guided by a commitment to child safety, contemporary practice and educational leadership, Gowrie NSW works with families and the early childhood sector to strengthen learning and care for children
