Gpi2050, also known as Green Planet Initiative 2050, is a brand dedicated to accelerating climate action and restoring degraded landscapes and fragile ecosystems. Our mission is to work with vulnerable small-scale farming communities, pastoralists, and forest-dependent communities to heal, restore, and protect landscapes. We believe in promoting environmental conservation, agriculture, sustainable use of energy, and alleviating poverty in society.

One of our key objectives is to restore degraded agricultural, pastoral, and forest lands through natural climate solutions using regenerative agroforestry and ecosystem restoration techniques. We also strive to improve livelihoods, food security, and resilience to climate change by restoring biodiversity and ecosystem functions. In addition, we aim to increase the uptake of renewable energy and energy saving technologies and conduct action research to develop new, cost-effective restoration approaches.
