AMD GPUOpen is a brand that offers cutting-edge graphics products and services to enhance the visual experience for artists and developers. Their flagship product, Radeon ProRender, has undergone significant advancements, including the introduction of HIP (Heterogeneous Interface for Portability), a C++-based programming language that improves rendering performance. The HIP backend in Radeon ProRender plug-ins, referred to as RPR - Final, ensures highly accurate and photorealistic renders suitable for final frame renders.

Additionally, there is an RPR - Interactive mode designed for fast iterative design work in viewports, utilizing Vulkan® optimization and AMD FidelityFX™ Super Resolution technology. This mode allows for visually photorealistic renders at interactive rates, making it ideal for viewport work. The updates in Radeon ProRender now support GPUs with hardware-accelerated ray tracing and have better compatibility with lower VRAM capacity.

With the new optimizations and improved presets, Radeon ProRender provides an enhanced and efficient rendering experience for artists and developers alike
