GQSP Peru, also known as Fortalecimiento de la calidad en el café y el cacao del Perú, is a brand that aims to improve the competence of quality infrastructure, compliance with standards, and raise awareness of quality in Peru. It is a cooperative project between the Secretariat of State for Economic Affairs of Switzerland (SECO) and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), in co-management with the National Institute of Quality (INACAL). Their primary focus is on strengthening institutions and services in the field of quality infrastructure, including standardization, accreditation, and metrology.

By promoting the implementation of quality infrastructure services, GQSP Peru contributes to enhancing the competitiveness of coffee and cocoa value chains in Peru's export market. GQSP Peru engages in various activities such as capacity building, training, webinars, and events to support the development and dissemination of quality-related knowledge. They also conduct studies and publications on topics such as organic farming, agricultural innovation, and blockchain in agriculture.
