Once your request is accepted, you will have 48 hours to pay 1/2 of the first month's rent and a one-time service fee to complete the booking. The remaining half of the first month's rent is paid directly to the landlord before moving in. Our service fee is a one-time payment of 8% of the total rental value, regardless of the number of people booking.

After completing the payment, the place is officially yours! We provide you with the landlord's contact information and ensure your money is held securely until you move in. If everything is as advertised, we transfer the money to the landlord after 24 hours since your move-in. You will pay the second half of the first month's rent and subsequent monthly rents directly to your landlord.
