Graceful Guidance Doula Solutions is a holistic, evidence-based doula practice serving families in British Columbia’s Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver area. Led by Lexi, a Certified NICU Doula, Certified Birth Doula, prenatal educator, and Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician, the practice offers compassionate, non-medical support through pregnancy, birth, a newborn’s hospital stay, and the transition home. Lexi has supported more than 170 births and helps families feel informed, heard, and cared for, including when birth or a baby’s medical needs take an unexpected turn.

NICU services include preparation for a possible admission, support during a NICU stay, discharge and home-transition planning, and a complete journey package. Sessions may address hospital routines, communication with care teams, emotional wellbeing, bonding, feeding and pumping, newborn care, and family preparation. Birth doula support is also available, with an approach grounded in informed choice, respectful collaboration, and each family’s individual needs. Services are offered virtually and in person, subject to availability and hospital policies. Doula care complements, and does not replace, medical care.
