Grace Vitality & Wellness is a functional and longevity medicine clinic serving women in Lincolnton and Denver, North Carolina, with virtual visits available to patients in North Carolina and South Carolina. Founded by Casey Gilbert, a board-certified nurse practitioner with more than 15 years of healthcare experience, the practice focuses on personalized care that investigates potential root causes of symptoms rather than relying on standard protocols. Its services include bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and hormone optimization, medical weight-loss support, metabolic health care, and individualized treatment for polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).

Patients can also receive nutrition counseling, lifestyle guidance, and a Complete Wellness Evaluation that considers symptoms and biomarkers. Aesthetic offerings include the Perfect Derma Peel, microneedling, wrinkle relaxers, and a three-in-one infrared sauna; body contouring is listed as coming soon. Grace Vitality & Wellness aims to help clients address concerns such as fatigue, weight changes, mood shifts, and hormonal symptoms through tailored treatment and ongoing guidance.

The clinic offers appointments at its Lincolnton location and virtually, with payment plans available
