Gracie North Port

Gracie North Port is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school serving kids, teens, and adults in North Port, Venice, Englewood, Port Charlotte, and Nokomis. The school focuses exclusively on no-gi training, teaching modern techniques in a relaxed, welcoming, and ego-free environment. Its programs are designed for beginners and experienced students alike, with coaching tailored to individual goals and progress.

Adult classes combine practical self-defense, fitness, and competition training with instruction in current techniques, submissions, guard systems, and positional strategies. The kids and teens program uses age-appropriate training to develop Jiu Jitsu skills alongside discipline, focus, resilience, and confidence. Children can start as young as four, and classes are available for different ages and experience levels.

Gracie North Port emphasizes clear instruction, personal feedback, and a supportive atmosphere, while maintaining focused, high-quality training. Adult classes run on weekday mornings and evenings. New students can book a free introductory class; comfortable athletic clothing is suitable for a first visit, and no traditional uniform is required.
