Aspiring scientists can join GradMAP Philippines as mentees, receiving one-on-one mentorship for a minimum of six months. Mentors and mentees are carefully matched based on their backgrounds and goals, ensuring a personalized and enriching experience. Monthly guidelines and reference materials are provided to structure and enhance the mentorship program.

During the 2022 cycle, over 102 Filipino scientists and engineers from more than 27 countries volunteered as mentors, exemplifying the dedication of the GradMAP community. In addition to mentorship, the organization has developed a wide range of career resources, application materials, and guides for graduate school, which are available to all students, regardless of whether they have a mentor.
