Gräfensteiner Adel

Vom Gräfensteiner Adel is a family-run, ICR e.V.-registered Weimaraner breeding kennel in Germany, specializing in dogs bred as companions for active families rather than for hunting. Its breeder describes the dogs as affectionate family pets who retain typical Weimaraner traits, including a strong instinct to guard their home and family. The kennel is an inspected, approved premium breeding facility and holds the required expertise certification and official permission for dog breeding under §11 of Germany’s Animal Welfare Act.

The kennel’s breeding program emphasizes health and responsible care. Breeding dogs undergo examinations for hip and elbow dysplasia, joint and heart conditions, dental health, breeding suitability, and breed-related inherited diseases. Puppies are placed with pedigrees and receive a sales contract, veterinary health certificate, EU pet passport, document folder, and starter package. Prospective owners can follow reserved puppies through 24-hour indoor and outdoor live-camera access, while a WhatsApp group supports communication among families. The breeder also offers ongoing guidance to owners after puppies go to their new homes.
