The Grafton Public Library has a rich history that dates back to 1866 when it was established with a generous $1,000 gift from Hon. Joseph Leland. Since then, the library has grown significantly and now offers a wide range of services and resources to the community. From providing access to a diverse collection of over 65,000 holdings to offering digital resources like eBooks, eAudio, and more, the library strives to meet the needs of its 10,153 residents who hold library cards.
The Grafton Public Library also serves as a hub for children, with dedicated services and resources designed to engage and educate young minds. Additionally, the library boasts a robust teen program with special services and a resource center dedicated to the health and wellness of teenagers.
With a recent renovation completed in June 2013, the library is now fully accessible and continues to be a vital resource in the community. As it continues to evolve to meet the needs of its patrons, the Grafton Public Library remains committed to providing a welcoming and enriching environment for all who walk through its doors.
