Graig Lagios

Graig Lagios is a musician and composer based in Athens, Greece, whose website, Sounds Of My Life, showcases his music, creative projects, and wider artistic interests. With a lifelong connection to music, Lagios first explored sound as a way to move beyond everyday life, later studying music for theatre and cinema. His professional work has included composing for advertising, radio and television broadcast signals, and small independent productions. In recent years, he has focused on epic music, soundtracks, film-score music, music for games, and electronic music.

The site presents Lagios’s personal musical themes through a portfolio of audio, video, and photographic projects, alongside news about singles, albums, and streaming availability. Releases featured include Universe, Through the Shadows, Night Routes, and Colibri. Sounds Of My Life also offers a blog covering music, art, technology, and creative tools, including guidance on digital audio workstations. Its purpose extends beyond showcasing one composer: the blog also aims to inform readers and provide a platform for other artists to present their work.
