Graines et Compagnie is a childcare provider operating three micro-crèches between Château-Thierry and Dormans, in France. Its nurseries are Graines d’Innocence in Condé-en-Brie, Graines de Malice in Courtemont-Varennes, and Graines de Linotte in Jaulgonne. Each facility has a stated capacity of 12 children and welcomes children from 10 weeks of age until they start school.

The nurseries offer regular, occasional, and emergency childcare, depending on availability. Their approach emphasizes kindness, children’s autonomy, and freedom of movement, while drawing on Montessori and other alternative educational practices. Activities and care also encourage sensory exploration, positive communication, and the use of baby signs. The organization highlights time spent in nature and an eco-responsible approach to childcare.

Families can learn about a typical day, contact the team, and submit a pre-registration request through the organization’s website. The three micro-crèches are open Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Graines et Compagnie presents its work as nurturing children’s development through respectful, attentive care.
