Grammiki a Architecture & Design studio

Grammiki a is an architecture and interior and exterior design studio founded by architect and designer Athena Papavasileiou. Since 2003, the Thessaloniki-based practice has created distinctive spaces in Greece and abroad, serving clients across locations including Athens, Crete and the Cyclades. Its approach brings together architectural thinking, light, materials and proportion to create environments that balance visual character, functionality and lasting quality.

The studio designs homes, luxury villas, hotels, boutique hotels, Airbnb properties and other tourist accommodation, as well as offices, shops, cafés, restaurants, healthcare and wellness spaces, and educational facilities. Its services include architectural and interior design studies, commercial-space renovations, landscape design, garden and pool planning, and the decoration of outdoor areas. Grammiki a also offers remote online design for residential and professional projects, along with 3D design and photorealistic visualisations of interiors and exteriors. From initial planning through practical design solutions, the studio aims to give each project a clear identity and carefully considered detail.
