Grammy's Cookie Convoy is a recognized non-profit organization with a mission to honor and support the brave men and women who serve our nation. Their goal is to share a taste of home through their big gourmet chocolate chip cookies, known as Grammy's Chocolate Chip Hugs. These delicious treats represent more than just a sweet indulgence; they are a heartfelt way of saying thank you to our heroes and letting them know that their sacrifice is appreciated.

The project started in 2005 after a meeting with a deployed soldier named Michael Johnson. The response from the troops highlighted the need for this type of support, and Grammy's Cookie Convoy has since grown exponentially. Each shipment includes 10,000 cookies and handwritten notes from volunteers across the country.

They have already shipped over 330,000 cookies and cards to service members overseas and continue to fulfill requests throughout the year.
